£500 GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY - SATURDAY 24 AUGUST 2024
This prize draw is organised and run by Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Business Improvement District BID. 

1. By entering this prize drawn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
2. The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years and over and residents of the UK only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw
3. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person – multiple entries will be disqualified
5. The winner will recieve a £500 Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Gift Card, valid from the date of redemption for 12 months. 
6. The prize draw starts 11am on Saturday 24 August 2024 and entries must be received by 11:59pm on Saturday 24 August 2024. 
7. Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID cannot be responsible for late or corrupted entries
8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within 14 days of a specified close date – each winner will be contacted by Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID and have up to 14 days to claim their prize. Any claims after this may not be accepted, we will offer the prize to the next name to be drawn from all eligible entries
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
10. The prizes may not be resold, transferred or used for commercial gain
11. Entrants agree that Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID's decisions in re­lation to this prize draw shall be final in every situation, including any not mentioned above, and no correspondence (except for notifying the winners) will be entered
15. Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID reserves the right to cancel or change the prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage in its absolute discretion
16. In providing this prize draw, Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID shall not be responsible for any event that is beyond its reasonable control
17. The prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws and courts of the United Kingdom
