-COVID-19 UPDATES: Although their doors are currently closed, Potteries Museum & Art Gallery are keeping families entertained digitally via their social media platforms by sharing archive photographs, interesting artifacts, informative blog posts and fun crafts and things to do for the little ones. Additionally, on their website, you can take a virtual ‘stroll’ through the museum, thanks to Google StreetView, browse image galleries of Temporary Exhibitions from through the museum’s history and view their expansive collections online-

Discover the Staffordshire Hoard display, the largest ever find of Anglo-Saxon treasure, worth over £3 million, along with the history of the Potteries, including the world’s greatest collection of Staffordshire ceramics. Plus, see a Spitfire in the home city of its designer, Reginald Mitchell, in a fascinating new display - coming soon in 2021. The free-entry musuem also has regular changing exhibitions, children’s trails and drop-in activities and special events. 

Enjoy a light lunch or afternoon snack and relax at the Museum Café with regular musical accompaniment by Frank Leigh or browse the Foyer Shop for unique quality gifts.
