Have you spotted the beautiful Christmas cards made by local school children, displayed on giant canvases in the The Potteries Centre?

Last year, Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID partnered with the National Literacy Trust to bring an exciting competition to the City Centre where local schoolchildren were asked to design their very own Christmas cards. Twelve designs were shortlisted and each child received a stocking full of amazing books for their school!

Due to the pandemic, we couldn’t repeat the contest this year BUT you’ll see the designs proudly displayed on the walkway by H&M, demonstrating the creativity of our city’s younger generation.

Good work everyone! Read more about the contest here
